company update from president, Shane A. Weaver

I hope that this update finds you healthy and enjoying the first bit of warm weather this spring.  At Weaver Energy, we are looking forward to the months ahead as the communities we serve reopen businesses and life begins to return to normal.  Throughout these last few months, we have been very thankful for our relationships with our customers and vendors, and it has been encouraging to see everyone pulling together to make the best of this situation.  I wouldn’t have expected anything less in Lancaster County (and beyond)!

our office

As a result of COVID-19, we have made several modifications to normal business practices, and those will remain in place for the intermediate future.  If you visit our office, you will find that we have our office locked, but we are still here ready to serve you!  We just ask that if you stop to see us that you wear a facial covering.  We also have a drop box for payments beside the front door and you can also make payments on www.weaverenergy.com

your home

If we are visiting your home, our policy is that our employees must wear a mask while on site.  We will continue to wear latex gloves and wipe down surfaces and items we touch during the time we are servicing your heating or air conditioning equipment.

delivery paperwork

For the past several weeks our fuel delivery employees have been retaining paperwork and either physically mailing or emailing the documents.  As of May 1st, we will revert back to leaving paperwork on site as our default procedure.  If you would prefer to continue to receive documents via mail or email, please communicate that to us and we will update your account according to your preference.

safety practices

We have also implemented internal policies that include teleworking and staggering start times, so that in the event of a COVID related illness with one of our employees, we are able to minimize exposure and will be able to safely serve your fuel and HVAC needs.

we value your feedback

We always value your feedback, but during this time we are especially grateful for any input you may have.  Thank you so much for the opportunity to continue to serve you.
