As your fuel supplier and HVAC professionals, we are considered an essential business, and will maintain normal operations.
We are taking all of the recommended precautions to prevent any unnecessary situations in which a virus could potentially spread among our employees. Technicians and drivers are practicing all recommended preventative measures, including frequent hand-washing, using hand sanitizer, keeping appropriate social distances, and of course staying home if sick.
In addition to those measures, any of our employees who will be entering a customer home or business will also wear latex gloves, booties and protective eyewear, and will wipe down all contacted surfaces with disinfectant wipes when possible.
We ask that you consider the following practices to help us in our efforts to keep each other healthy so that we may continue to serve you:
- Please consider scheduling appointments and paying invoices over the phone or online instead of coming to our office. We are currently open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, and can be reached at (717) 626-7169. Online bill pay is available to all customers at https://weaverenergy.com/product/pay-your-bill-2/ 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
- Please consider rescheduling any service appointments if you are experiencing any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19.
- Please consider switching to email invoices and statements to prevent the spread of viruses or other germs. Simply call or email our office at [email protected] to provide us with your preferred email address as a safe and healthy alternative to receiving mailings.
